You are reading this because CoinBetsX sent you a one-to-one business email. This page explains what contact data we keep, why, and how to stop us.
Who we are
CoinBetsX makes fast, provably fair games for adults. We are the controller of the data described here. Contact us at hello@team.coinbetsx.com.
Where we got your address
From a public source where you or your organization published it for business contact, such as a website, a partnership or press page, or a directory. Our first email names that source. We never buy, rent or harvest address lists.
What we keep
- Your name, business email address, organization and role.
- The public page where we found the address.
- The emails we sent you and your replies.
We keep no sensitive data, and our emails contain no tracking pixels.
Why, and on what legal basis
To propose a business relationship that fits your role: a partnership, a listing, a press story or a creator collaboration. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR our legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). Where your country's law requires consent before business email, we use your published contact form instead of email.
How to stop us
Reply "no" to any of our emails, or write to hello@team.coinbetsx.com. We stop within two business days, from every CoinBetsX mailbox. We then keep only your address or domain on a do-not-contact list, so we never write to you again.
How long we keep it
We delete your contact data 12 months after our last exchange unless we are working together. A do-not-contact entry stays for as long as we send outreach.
Who else handles it
We do not sell or share your data. Our own mail server runs on Oracle Cloud, and Oracle's email service delivers our outgoing mail. Cloudflare runs our DNS and hosts this page. They process data only to provide those services.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. We answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Adults only
We contact business and role addresses of adults. We do not knowingly contact anyone under 21.
